a brand new film wasnt enough, director Wes Anderson has revealed that a new animated short related to Moonrise Kingdom will be released online next week. The animated short will further explain the young adult novels which the character Suzy had in h
onitsuka tiger sunotore er suitcase. This is not the first time Anderson has released a short to accompany one of his films. He released the live action short Hotel Chevalier with the release of The Darjeeling Limited in 2007.
In an interview with Comingsoon.net, Anderson had the following to say about the short:
The character of Suzy has a suitcase full of these young adult fantasy type novels, sort of sci-fifan asics sale tasy books. We
ebay onitsuka tiger had to invent them and give a little glimpse of each one. Different artists, most of whom very close to the filmmakers, were doing these. In fact, we have now animated them, each little passage, each in the style of the cover of the book. Weve made a little short film thats hosted by Bob Balaban, the narrator in our movie. That will come out next week on the internet. Itll be a little companion piece to the movie.
Moonrise Kingdom was released in select theaters on May 25, 2012 and stars Bill Murray, Jared Gilman, Kara Hayward, and Edward Norton. The short film, which currently has no title, will be released online sometime next week.
